Rainbow Rubber & Plastics, Inc. (“Rainbow”) has acquired the Tubewinder Division of Commercial Electric Products Corporation (“CEPC”) in a move that expands Rainbow’s capabilities and product offerings within the tubewinder market.
Rainbow, founded 58 years ago, has been active in the tubewinder business for more than 34 years and is recognized as a major supplier known for quality products, strong customer service, and extensive inventory. The acquisition strengthens Rainbow’s position in the market and broadens the range of tubewinder solutions available to its customers.
CEPC brings more than 50 years of experience in the tubewinder business and has long been regarded as a critical supplier and industry leader. Under the agreement, Rainbow will assume responsibility for serving the Tubewinder Division’s customer base.
CEPC expressed confidence in the transition and in Rainbow’s ability to support customers at the same standard.
The transition is expected to be seamless for customers, with continued availability of products and expanded inventory and support through Rainbow.
